As teams grow and roles become more demanding, managers are expected to lead with clarity, give feedback, drive performance, and support development but often without structured support. This program is Timshel’s response to that gap. It helps managers define what they want to be known for as leaders, cultivate a culture of accountability, and develop essential leadership skills.
